RGB Connection offers the following free services for nursing candidates directly or in coordination with the healthcare representative and/or the designated immigration lawyer. All our services are free. We do not collect any recruitment or agency placement fee.

• Resume review and short-listing.
• Intensive interview process including skills assessment.
• Submission of resume and interview documents complete with recommendations to healthcare facilit willing to file petition.
• Information regarding facility and community of intended employment.
• Application for visa screen/ICHP and social security number, as applicable for foreign nurses.
• Assistance to apply for credential evaluation, NCLEX and Board of Nursing Registration
• Complete pre-departure requirements.
• Liaison between nurse and healthcare agency, referring agency, and immigration lawyer.
• Coordination of travel arrangements to US according to healthcare facility option.
• Follow-up evaluation.
