Nurses from countries other than Canada are eligible to lawfully enter the United States on either H1B or I140 visas. RGB Connection requires the following conditions:

• Minimum of three years active clinical experience (recent)
• CGFNS Certificate or NCLEX
• TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS or TSE
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree - for I140 only
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma and 12 years of experience - for either H1B or I140

The petitioner (healthcare facility) chooses what visa to file and is guided by an immigraion attorney in the process.
