RGB Connection requires TWO CLEAR COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING plus an electronic version containing your resume (MS Word, Notepad, Wordpad, rtf, or text formats only, please) and scanned documents. The electronic version may be saved on a 3.5" floppy disk or CD and sent to the RGB Connection office or e-mailed.

• Detailed resume with passport-sized photo: include employment experience with job description and employment certificates as well as a list of continuing education activities (workshops/ seminars/conferences) - and volunteer activities.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing diploma.
• Transcript of records from nursing school.
• Nursing registration license.
• Board Exam results.
• CGFNS Certificate (CG Qualifying Exam result, TOEFL, TSE results); NCLEX result.
• Passport pages.
• Birth Certificate.
• If applicable: Marriage Certificate (divorce/separation), Spouse and Children's Birth Certificate
