To qualify to work in the US under the TN Visa, a nurse from Canada should meet the following requirements:
- Canadian Citizenship
- Passed CNRE and currently licensed in any of the provinces
- Eligibility to write NCLEX in NCLEX States
- New graduates and experienced nurses
Canadian nurses may also choose to apply to work in the U.S. under H1B or I140 Visas.
