Why You Should Apply Now...

Nursing shortage is having a devastating effect on healthcare globally. In the United States, the need for foreign nurses to meet the demand for staffing has never been greater. Hospitals and other healthcare facilities all over the country are looking for qualified nurses. Let us help you find a rewarding position. We are an international recruitment company, owned and managed by a registered nurse with a mission to deliver the best possible service in finding employment opportunities for you in the United States.

Why Choose Us

  • We do not charge you any agency fees. All our services to you are free.
  • We do in depth interview and resume assessment to determine your required skill set
  • All our interviewers are RNs and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of licensing and immigration
  • We try to match you to a hospital that will best utilize your specific skills and experience
  • For foreign nurses, we have made arrangements with our client hospitals to pay all the necessary fees and expenses (NCLEX Review, NCLEX Exam, TOEFL, TSE, VISA SCREEN, etc.) to prepare you adequately for Visa Screen requirements
  • For Canadian RNs, we give assistance to NCLEX, Board of Nursing Registration, TN Visa requirements, and endorsements of Canadian RN license (to NON NCLEX States)

During the interview, we review your skills, experience, education, etc. We listen to define your career aspirations and personality to ensure a good match between you and your employer. An integral part of our service is our assistance to you before, during and after we have found you employment. We will provide you about the hospital facility, the community and surrounding areas to ensure the move is pleasant and comfortable for you and your family.

You are being sponsored the Green Card (for foreign nurses) or TN Visa (for Canadian nurses) by our client hospitals. The Green Card allows you to have a permanent resident visa together with your family (spouse and children under 21 years of age). The TN Visa is a work visa under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) which is a non-immigrant visa classification for Canadian and Mexican citizens to work in the U.S. in professional positions. The salaries and benefits offered to you are very competitive and are based on your experience as a registered nurse. However, please note that salaries and benefits differ from hospital to hospital and location to location.
